This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled by the iQuizStudio mobile application (hereinafter "the App"), developed and provided by Deyssy Patrucco (hereinafter "we" or "the developer").
The App is designed to operate completely offline and does not require an internet connection for its basic use.

1. Personal Data Processing

1.1. No Collection
The App does not collect, store, use, or transfer any personal data of users. "Personal data" includes, for example, name, email address, phone number, geolocation, or any other information that may identify a natural person.

1.2. User-Generated Data
All content created within the App (such as questions, answers, quizzes, progress, preferences, etc.) is stored exclusively in the local memory of your device. This data is never transmitted to us or to third parties. Deleting or uninstalling the App may result in the permanent loss of such data, unless you independently created a backup copy.

1.3. Security and Data Responsibility
The App stores all data locally on your device.
We implement technical measures to ensure that the App operates safely and does not transmit any information externally.
However, since no external servers are used, the protection of your data depends on your device's own security settings (such as passwords, backups, or system integrity).
We are not responsible for any data loss caused by device malfunction, deletion, or user actions.

2. Analytics and Diagnostics

The App itself does not include analytics, cookies, or tracking tools.
However, the distribution platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) may collect non-personal, aggregated data related to distribution and performance (e.g. installation statistics, crash logs, diagnostics information). Such data are collected and processed exclusively by Apple and Google, as autonomous data controllers, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

3. Age restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older.
If you are under 18, you may use the App only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Rights

Since we do not process personal data, the rights uprovided nder Articles 12-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, etc.) do not apply to us.
If Apple or Google collect data in connection with App distribution or payment, users may exercise their rights directly with those companies, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any updates will take effect from the date of publication on the App store page. Continued use of the App after any changes implies acceptance of the updated version.
